DDR is delivering the best ass one package at a time. We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase. Canadian shipping is a flat rate fee of $16 USD for orders that fit in our standard international mailer. Australian and UK shipping is a flat rate fee of $24 USD for orders that fit in our standard international mailer. Located elsewhere? Email us and we can check on the best rates.
Expedited and Priority Shipping is available at an additional fee. Please put a note at checkout indicating Express shipping and include your desired delivery date. Keep in mind that shipping time does NOT include processing time, which can be up to three business days. If you are on a tight timeline, please contact us via email or through chat. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
DDR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Decided that you don’t have the best ass after all? Returns and exchanges are easy! If you kept your original packaging and would like to receive a return label via email please fill out the information below and a return label will be emailed to you:Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date. All full-price items, excluding gifted or giveaway items, can be returned for either a refund to your original purchase method or exchanged for an item of equal value. Returns will be issued to the original card used at purchase minus return shipping, discounts, and taxes. First exchanges on all items include shipping costs. Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS or schedule a pickup from your home. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded. If there is a defect with your DDR merchandise please email merch@doubledonkeyranch.com within 24 hours. Include a photo of the defect. Returns must be in the original condition with no defects, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, smells or signs that the item has been worn, washed or used. Tags must be attached. Processing will evaluate returns upon arrival. Prior to shipping, all orders pass through a three-step quality check. Please take special care when opening your DDR package. Items torn or cut when opening your shipments are ineligible for return.
